Booking Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy – tuktour.pt

  1. Bookings

  • Bookings must be made through the website tuktour.pt, filling in all required information correctly.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour.

  • After payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.

  1. Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or on the day of the tour are not refundable.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email (tuktoursintra@gmail.com) or phone (+351 967 992 433).

  1. Booking Changes

  • Changes to the booking must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Subject to availability, changes can be made without additional cost.

  1. Cancellations by the Company

  • In case of adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.

  • Customers will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
