Booking Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy – tuktour.pt
Bookings
Bookings must be made through the website tuktour.pt, filling in all required information correctly.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour.
After payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the booking details.
Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or on the day of the tour are not refundable.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email (tuktoursintra@gmail.com) or phone (+351 967 992 433).
Booking Changes
Changes to the booking must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Subject to availability, changes can be made without additional cost.
Cancellations by the Company
In case of adverse weather conditions or situations beyond our control, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
Customers will be informed as soon as possible and may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
